When a new customer recently subscribed.
When a new lead becomes qualified.
The first scenario has its triggers based on the Status (cf our 'Getting Started -> Route your accounts to the different modules' documentation). It means that when a lead/customer matches the conditions of the status 'Paying', it'll trigger the selected automation of 'When new paying accounts'.
The second scenario is based on the qualification matrice (cf our 'Trial Qualification -> Select your Qualified Trials' documentation).
There are three kinds of actions available.
Receive a Slack notification: Sends a message directly on the Slack channel selected.
Receive notification by email: Sends an email to the person selected.
Create tasks in Salesforce or Hubspot: Create a task directly in your CRM. You can add a delay prior creation, give it a title, and add a note to it (cf screenshot below).
