In Salesmachine, understanding logical conditions are key. You will rely on its mechanisms to define lifecycle & health scores, create segments, operate automations, trigger alerts, etc.
Every time you'll need to create conditions, two options are available:
To be pulled your account/contact will have to match at least one of the selected conditions.
To be pulled your account/contact will have to match all conditions.
This starts to be a bit tricky & feel free to contact your dedicated Customer Success if you need any help. To benefit from AND & OR conditions in the same request, you can use the character pipe '|' in order to add a 'OR' condition inside 'match all conditions', such as:
