Packaged automations are 'ready to go' automations, they've been pre-made to ease the Customer Success life on basic business cases.
When a new customer recently subscribed.
When a new customer recently churned.
When a customer progressed to Good Health.
When a customer declined to Bad health.
The two first scenarios have their triggers based on the Status (cf our 'Getting Started -> Route your accounts to the different modules' documentation). It means that when a lead/customer matches the conditions 'Paying', it'll trigger the package automation 'When new paying' and when a lead/customer matches the conditions 'Churned' it'll trigger the package automation 'When new churn'.
The two last scenarios have their triggers based on the Account health score (cf our documentation Customer Success 'Lifecycle & Health Score').
There are three kinds of actions available.
Receive a Slack notification: This will send a message directly on the Slack channel selected.
Receive notification by email: This will send an email to the person selected.
Create playbook: This will create a list of tasks to the person assigned directly in his/her Inbox. You can add as many tasks as you'd like and also decide if you want those tasks to be generated instantly or after a small delay.
