Alerts are important in order to be instantly notified of specifics of customers' behaviors. There are two main ways of being notified: via Slack & via Workflows

Slack integration

Via workflows

Please refer to our Workflows - Automations documentation here in order to create an automation and be alerted via email and/or via specific slack notifications (especially regarding fewer standards scenarios than our integration above)

Pro Tips ๐Ÿ’ก: You can be notified about any customer's behavior, such as a drop of usage, onboarding delays, incoming renewals, adoption issues, etc.


Like Twitter you can decide to Follow the usage of a specific contact & account.

You will get every 15 minutes a synthesis of the actions performed on the contacts or accounts you follow on Slack. This is very useful when you need to closely monitor the activity of a specific customer!
